Order Cancellation By The Professional World -

The Professional World reserves the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

  • When a product is out of stock
  • Invalid or incomplete customer address
  • Non-serviceability at the customer address by our delivery partners
  • When customers don't attend /respond to the call several times for confirmation of the order
  • Customer refuses to pay for an order
  • Misuse of another customer's phone/email
  • Any other reason, as outlined above, is also applicable

Order Cancellation By Customer -

  • Customers can cancel any order made with us at any point.
  • For cancellation of an order, the customer must provide the correct details of the order with order number, order date, order amount, and the customer account associated with the order.
  • The Professional World will not be liable if the information provided by the customer for the cancellation of an order is incorrect.

Ready to Ship Orders -

  • Customers can easily cancel a ready-to-ship order. If a cancellation request is received for such an order, we will refund the amount using the original payment method within 10 business days.
